Creating Opportunity Through Technology

MEGA in partnership with TechFirst creates inclusive pathways into technology for young people from a wide range of backgrounds, with a particular focus on those who are underrepresented or face barriers to education, training and employment.

Through MEGA Hubs, MEGA Days, MEGA Events and TechFirst AI Apprenticeship Pathways, young people gain access to hands-on technology experiences, diverse role models, employers and clear pathways into further learning, apprenticeships and employment. This includes targeted opportunities for girls and young women, young people at risk of becoming NEET and those from disadvantaged communities.

By bringing industry-led experiences directly into local communities, we help young people build the technical, employability and confidence skills needed for careers across AI, cyber, data, digital and other frontier technologies. At the same time, employers gain access to a more diverse and sustainable pipeline of future talent.

Through strong partnerships between education, industry, local authorities and community organisations, we are helping to remove barriers, raise aspirations and connect more young people with the opportunities that will shape the future of work.

Our Impact

Delivering a unique technology talent acquisition solution, IN4 unlocks the potential from within diverse and disadvantaged communities and maps this into organisations that are scaled through its innovation hubs and programmes.
